URUS platform — operated by Abadi IT Sdn Bhd.
These terms govern individual user access to the URUS platform. URUS is sold and configured per organisation; the contract between Abadi IT Sdn Bhd and the deploying organisation is separate and prevails over these terms in the event of conflict.
Access to URUS is by invitation. Individual users receive accounts provisioned by their organisation’s URUS administrator. Downloading the mobile app from a public store does not by itself grant access.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
The deploying organisation owns the data submitted through URUS. Abadi IT Sdn Bhd processes that data on the organisation’s behalf, in line with our service contract and Privacy Policy.
We aim to make URUS available continuously, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, infrastructure changes, and unforeseen issues may cause downtime. Where service-level commitments apply, they are set out in the contract with the deploying organisation.
Access ends when:
URUS is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Abadi IT Sdn Bhd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Total aggregate liability is limited as set out in the deploying organisation’s service contract.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves or to reflect legal requirements. Continued use of URUS after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
